1. Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline

2. 1 to 3 years of related experience

3. Ability to understand business and technical requirements

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

5. Good troubleshooting skills; excellent knowledge of computer science fundamentals: object-oriented design and design patterns, data structures, algorithms

6. Knowledge of development tools: IDEs, compilers, debuggers, profilers, version control systems

7. Experience with several of the following technologies: C++, Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Junit

8. Excellent documentation skills

9.  Understanding of Software Development and Quality Assurance best practices

10. Experience in development of Web/Application Servers: JBoss, Tomcat, Websphere; Experience in development of Adobe Flex-driven user interfaces; Experience with relational databases and data mining/OLAP
