2. NPI (New Product Introduction)

3. ECO (Engineering Change Order management)

4. BOM (Bill Of Materials) Management

5. Price Matrix Process

6. Working Knowledge of ERP, preferably BAAN

7. Hands on Experience of any PLM software linked to ECO process

8. Experience in Manufacturing / BPO industry preferably in electronics

9. Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook

10. Excellent written and oral communication skills MANDATORY.

11. Good analytical skills.

12. Coaching & mentoring skills.

13. Conflict resolution.

14. Reporting & Decision making skills.
