Experience Required : 1 – 4 Years

Responsibilities :

1. Troubleshoot client software and basic network connectivity problems

2. Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints

3. May train users and operators on a limited basis and/or may write training procedures

4. Participate in on-going training and departmental development

5. Routine maintenance updates with other IT staff and business units

6. Provide all required documentation including standards, configurations and diagrams

7. Provide knowledge transfer of EUC operations

Skills Required :

1. Candidate should have good communication skills both written and verbal

2. Candidate should have good writing and speaking skills

3. Candidate should have strong analytical and problem solving skills

Location : Noida, Gurgaon

Salary : As per the Industry
