3. Experience in successfully delivering targets as per deadlines

4. Experience of engaging in conversations with CXO and senior management team over phone

5. Good convincing and call deflection skills to ensure higher connect to lead ratio

6. Research on accounts (revenue/ head count/ key news items) and senior executives contact details (email/Phone) using the free web

7. Assertive with a Go Getter Attitude

8. Open to working in different time zones across Line of Business of Wipro BPO

9. Good working knowledge of MS Outlook & Excel

10. Ability to successfully use internet to research on target list of accounts and key stakeholders of interest to Wipro BPO

11.Using public sources and industry databases, create & maintain an relevant, up-to- date, easy-to-use information base on Clients, Competition, and BPO Industry

12. Candidate should be flexible to work in 24/7 shift
