Job Description :

@Should have basic networking, HTTP and trouble shooting knowledge.

@Good E-mail communication as well as verbal communication skills are required.

@Should have good knowledge in technical support.

@Good knowledge in HTML, Content formatting, Lists, Images, Links, tables, Frames, Forms, Active x Objects, Special elements, page layout etc would be an added advantage.

@Strong analytical and reasoning skills
