@Candidate should have relevant project or work experience in development

@Database knowledge, mainly in Oracle or MySQL

@Must have good experience with different Operating Systems

@Fair understanding of object oriented programming, J2EE Architecture, etc

@Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated
