1. To be the first point contact with the customer in the
branch.
2. Provide customer service and product information

4. Deliverables Custodian
5. Balance Enquiries for walk-in customers
6. Brief transaction query
7. Balance Confirmation Certificates
8. Obtain referrals from walk-in customers for Current
account & Saving account and Demat
9. Cross sell of direct banking channels to walk-in
customers to deepen relationships
10. Account Opening Current account & Saving account/FD
11. Collection of Foreign Currency Cheques
12. Report Generation & filing
13. Customer acquisition through sales to walk in customers,
referrals from walk-ins for Current account & Saving account and Demat
accounts.
14. Deepening of existing Current account & saving account
relationships.
15. Cross-Sell all products & services
16. Generation of referrals from internal database
17.Enhance the value of existing accounts of Current account
& saving account customers. Retention of accounts
