Skills Required :
1. Minimum of 4.5-6 years of experience in software quality
assurance with Manual & Automation testing experience.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience providing software
requirements analysis and ambiguity reviews
3. Minimum 2 years of Automation testing experience with HP
QTP tool.
4. Good experience in software testing methodologies &
process
5. Experience in Agile, SDLC models, release management and
software development.
6. Minimum of 5 years of requirements/user stories based
test case development experience.
7. Experience as a reviewer of QA work product and
deliverables is required.
8. Applicant must have superior verbal and written
communications skills.
9. Strong experience in testing web and windows based
products is required.
10. Preferred candidates will have experience in Microsoft
Test manager, Quality Center and Team Foundation Server.
11. Must be able to meet deadlines and flexible to manage
changing priorities. Must be able to work in high-pressured environment
12. Knowledge required on web based application and database
testing.
13. Software testing experience required in financial/US
Taxation/banking systems.
14. Team player – willing and able to drive collaborative
efforts across the QA organization to improve product quality
